About WorkWell
WorkWell is part of WorkSafe Victoria.
The program was launched in 2017 in response to a rise in mental injury claims. WorkWell's mission is to influence positive change in psychological health and safety for Victorian workplaces. We do this by investing in partnerships, networks, tools and resources for sustainable system level change.
Funding opportunity - closing soon!
Is your industry passionate about preventing workplace psychological injury? Would you like to partner with WorkSafe to deliver an industry-focused Community of Practice?
WorkSafe is seeking to fund 2 Communities of Practice.
Tender applications are open from 12:00 pm Tuesday 22 October until 2:00 pm Tuesday 3 December 2024.
About the Communities of Practice
Inspired by previous WorkWell Learning Networks, the Communities of Practice will take a collaborative partnership approach to help Victorian business leaders to create psychologically healthy and safe workplaces.
The Communities of Practice will support workplace leaders to collaborate with peers and discuss challenges and identify practical solutions to prevent mental injury in their industry. They will create accessible, practical tools and resources to improve the psychosocial safety climate (PSC) within Victorian workplaces.
Each Community of Practice will have one organisation lead a consortium of partners, to collaboratively design and deliver the Community of Practice, focusing on a priority industry.
Priority industries include:
- public administration and safety
- construction
- education
- healthcare and social assistance
- transport, postal and warehousing
- manufacturing
- wholesale trade
To provide value for money and avoid duplication, WorkSafe will not fund two Communities of Practice in the same industry.
Applications must demonstrate their ability to align with the WorkWell Communities of Practice pillars.
