Bob Cameron

Bob is an experienced Chair of Government entities and has served as a Victorian and Local Government Minister between 1999 until 2010, including as Minister for WorkCover, Police, Emergency Services, Corrections and Agriculture. As WorkCover Minister, he oversaw the reintroduction of common law rights into the (WorkSafe) compensation scheme in the early 2000's and made significant changes to improve occupational health and safety.
Bob is a Non-Executive Director at Transport Accident Commission (TAC). He has had a long history of involvement with organisations in Central Victoria including Coliban Water, being the former Bendigo Health Chair during the construction and subsequent expansion of the new hospital, and Bendigo Emergency Housing (now Haven). He has served as Chair/Board Director of various Not for Profit organisations in his local community.
Bob is a lawyer by profession.

Julie Warren

Julie previously served at the National Workers Union for over two decades as an organiser, educator, negotiator and campaigner before being the first woman elected as President of the Victorian Branch. Her commitment to workers has given her a deep understanding of issues pertaining to work and the impact of a changing economy on individuals, their families and their communities.
The Union is a 50,000 membership organisation covering workers in the warehousing, manufacturing, food, dairy, agriculture, pharmaceutical, chemical and oil, and market research industries.
Julie currently serves as Non-Executive Director at the Portable Long Service Authority and IR21 Ltd.; and was previously the Chair of Migrant Workers Centre Inc.
Julie has been at the forefront of campaigns that have delivered significant social change and has represented the view of workers and their families to Governments, businesses and the broader community. She has a strong understanding of stakeholder views and has worked with employees, employers, industry groups as well as State and Federal Government.

Flavia Gobbo OAM

Flavia has a wealth of experience in workplace injury insurance, corporate law and governance.
An experienced senior lawyer, Flavia is a recognised legal practitioner of the High Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Flavia is Trustee for food charity SecondBite Future Trust, a Director at Rowing Australia Foundation and Non-Executive Director at Port Fairy Golf Club. She previously served as Chair of WorkCover Queensland, QComp, Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA), Director of Employers Mutual Limited, and as Deputy Chair of Rowing Australia.

Elizabeth Lukin

Elizabeth is a strategic communications professional with over 25 years' experience consulting to leaders in business, sport, government, NFP and membership organisations and unions.
Elizabeth is a Non-Executive Director at Albury Wodonga Health, The New Daily (owned by Industry Super Holdings) and Incolink (Construction Industry Redundancy Fund). Elizabeth began her working life as a nurse, had a career as an owner and director of one of Australia's most successful public affairs, research and campaign agencies, Essential Media Communications and was General Manager of Corporate Affairs and Communications for the AFL.
Elizabeth has specialised in issues and crisis communications management, and her professional practice is driven by research strategies that seek to understand public and stakeholder views, and broader social themes that drive consumer, fan and citizen behaviour.

Doug Kearsley

Doug has over 30 years' experience working as a senior executive and Board Director in the statutory insurance and finance sector, including significant roles with the Transport Accident Commission of Victoria (TAC), WorkSafe Victoria, the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) and ESSSuper.
Doug has also provided advice to a number of other Injury and Disability Insurance Schemes around Australia and brings in-depth understanding of statutory schemes and the drivers of success including strategic planning, risk management, financing and capital management.
