Original employer services (OES): Helping injured workers get back to work

What it contains

OES are occupational rehabilitation services designed to help you return to work with your current employer as quickly as possible. OES include:

• visiting your workplace to conduct a review of current duties
• helping to identify suitable duties for you
• assisting you to set return to work goals.
