What it contains

Anyone who must pay or has paid for medical services or burial or cremation costs can seek reimbursement for these expenses if the costs are the result of the work-related death. A dependant can also make a claim for a lump sum (and weekly pension if eligible) if they were dependent on the income of the deceased worker.
