Fees – Dangerous Goods (Transport by Road or Rail) Regulations 2018

Victoria's new Dangerous Good (Transport by Road or Rail) Regulations 2018 reflect national changes to the transport of dangerous goods. The new regulations also prescribe fees to meet requirements under Victoria’s Cost Recovery Guidelines.

This document outlines the fees that apply from 25 October 2018 to 30 June 2019.

• dangerous goods vehicle licence – new and renewal
• dangerous goods driver’s licence – new and renewal
• design packaging approval – non-bulk tanker and bulk tanker
• admin determination of approvals
• exemptions

These fees will be indexed annually from 1 July 2019.
