Worker dies after being crushed by machinery

It's understood the 27-year-old man was responding to a jammed item on an automated stock collection robot when he was crushed between moving parts of the machine about 3pm.

The death is the 28th confirmed workplace fatality for 2024. There were 55 work-related deaths at the same time last year.
