WorkSafe seeks witnesses into Rye Carnival tragedy

Eugene Mahauariki was on the Cha Cha ride when the incident took place, shortly after 5pm on Monday, 17 April.

Investigators are calling on members of the public who may have witnessed the incident to contact them by calling the WorkSafe advisory service on 1800 136 089 or by emailing [email protected].
