GST information for fee schedules

Maximum fees listed in this fee schedule are exclusive of GST. If GST is applicable, WorkSafe Victoria will pay the GST component in addition to the maximum fee. Providers should provide a tax invoice where amounts are subject to GST. For queries regarding whether the services you provide to an injured worker are taxable (that is, subject to GST) please contact the Australian Taxation Office and/or your tax advisor.

Gym and swimming memberships fees effective from 1 July 2025

WorkSafe will pay up to a maximum amount for the following categories of the service.

RE100	Gymnasium and Swimming three month membership (Note - WorkSafe will pay the standard published rate for general public membership up to a maximum of $446.93)	$446.93
RE300	* Casual pool entry fees for supervised hydrotherapy program provided by physiotherapist	$11.59

Notes

The gymnasium or swimming pool must be registered with WorkSafe Victoria in order for the above fees to be paid or reimbursed to any party.

* item code RE300 may be invoiced by the swimming facility, the physiotherapist providing hydrotherapy or reimbursed directly to the worker.
