Enable third party cookies

Instructions on how to enable cookies in web browsers.

Browser - Google Chrome

Locate the browsers (privacy and security) site settings

Go to 'Settings'
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Advanced'
In the expanded list, locate ''Site Settings" and click it

The 'Site Settings' screen will appear
Locate the 'Cookies' permissions and click on it

Ensure the 'Block third-party cookies' setting is not selected
The slider should appear grey, with the button to the left of the slider

Browser - Internet Explorer

Locate the browsers advanced settings

Go to 'Internet Options'
Click the 'Privacy' tab
Click the 'Advanced' button

You should see the 'Advanced Privacy Settings' panel appear
Ensure that 'Accept' is selected for cookies

Browser - Firefox

Locate the browsers privacy and security settings

Click on the browsers 'Hamburger' menu
Select 'Options'

The 'Browser Privacy' screen will appear
Ensure 'Standard' permissions are selected
Click 'Manage Exceptions...'
In the next window, this should be empty. If it isn't empty, ensure that the site you are trying to reach is not listed.
